Meeting commenced at 6:10 p.m., presided by Lemcke.

Minutes (Yanagi): Minutes were read and were moved by Dias and seconded by Kent to approve.

Treasure's Report: (Prepared by K. Webb) Total of $15,044.53. Moved by Kent and seconded by Yanagi to approve.

Librarian's Report (A. Dos Santos): Reported that the Advisory Board will meet on Dec. 10. Anticipated cost of the renovation is $650,000. Bids are to close in December. The library is expected to close starting in April 2010 and construction may take two and a half months.

Book Sale (Kent): Jan. 21 with set-up on Thursday and sale beginning on Saturday, Jan. 23 and last day to be Wednesday, Jan. 27. A donation of nineteen boxes of books has been received. Expected cold weather in winter precludes use of patio. Committee will meet after Christmas.

Tree decorating (Dias): Will be on Dec. 7 from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Cookies will be served.

Board Meeting January 25, 2010: With the uncertainties of renovation, the board discussed not having an election until after the re-opening. A motion was made by Dias and seconded by Kent to approve delay of the election. Approved.
